Your journey starts at our showhome. We'll begin by discussing your new home dreams, whether you have a clear vision or just an emerging idea. We'll dive into your specific wants and needs to personalize a plan that truly reflects your style
T-chuk Homes offers a unique advantage: we can acquire land on your behalf, handling all complexities to secure the perfect lot. We provide a complete turnkey service, managing everything from design and services to land and construction.
A deposit secures your place on our schedule (typically booked a year out), initiating the design and permitting process. We allow ample time for revisions (around two months) to ensure your design is perfect.
With your design approved, we immediately handle all permitting. A few months before breaking ground, we then guide you through the material and finish selections to ensure every detail reflects your dream home.
Most average-sized homes (1800-2000 sq ft bungalows) are built in 6 to 7 months. We believe in open communication during this phase; clients have unlimited access to their build and we're always here to answer questions.
Two weeks before possession, we'll conduct a walk-through to address any final touch-ups. After the paperwork is complete, we'll hand over the keys, and your warranty coverage will begin. Our commitment, however, continues; we remain always available to support your needs beyond your warranty.
Your peace of mind is our priority. That's why each home we build is backed by comprehensive National Home Warranty coverage, offering dependable protection for your investment. This coverage includes:
1-Year Coverage for Labour & Materials: This protects against defects in workmanship and materials for the first 12 months. This includes elements like flooring, cabinetry, trim, and fixtures.
2-Year Coverage for Delivery & Distribution Systems: For 24 months, your warranty covers defects in the crucial systems of your home, including heating, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation.
5-Year Coverage for Building Envelope: The building envelope, which includes your roof and exterior walls, is covered for five years against defects and unintended water penetration, protecting the structural shell of your home.
10-Year Coverage for Major Structural Components: For a full decade, you are protected against major structural defects, including the frame, roof, and foundation.
